Oca, a tuber from the Andes

Really it's a pity that you can't look through the soil. Oca is a lot more beautiful beneath the surface than above.

Just like the potato, this funny little tuber is from the Andean highlands. When good care is taken, it is possible to grow it outdoors in Denmark.
