American Wonder is a delicious early herloom garden pea. American Wonder was developed by the canadian breeder and nurseryman Charles Arnold, who obtained the Philadelphia Centennial medal in 1876 for fruits and American Wonder.
Later he sold American Wonder to the seed company Bliss & Sons in New York for $2000.
